Shipping & Return

We ship our orders using USPS & UPS. Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays and most customers typically receive their order within 2-5 days after it has been shipped. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped with an applicable tracking code.  We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.  Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number).

PO Box / FPO / APO ship exclusively via USPS and may incur additional charges depending on the weight and location.

ALL SHIPMENTS RETURNED BACK TO US DUE TO INCOMPLETE/INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE SUBJECT TO A RETURN SHIPPING FEE WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. RETURN POLICY

At Classic Paper Doll we understand that online shopping can be hard! You might not get the right size or your purchase doesn’t look as gorgeous as you thought it would so we want to make it easy for you, we will provide you with a refund if your order is full priced back to the original form of payment when returned within 14 days of your original purchase date, less shipping costs.  We are not responsible for postage fees for returns and original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached.  

If you need a different size or item, please ship the merchandise back for a refund and you may place a new order at any time. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Classic Paper Doll does not supply return labels. Returns must be in original condition accompanied with all original packaging and invoice. 

Final sale item, promotional items, accessories / jewelry (such as necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings) are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
